Tyler came for the second time and brought her lucky half Dylan. It was the first time I got to coach Val and the first thing she did was push coach Jack under the bus for her squat form. I couldn't have been happier.
Dylan took an early lead in the WOD with the pushups but I kept cheering the girls to catch him on the burpees. Dylan was storming through and then he met the speed bump we call burpees. The girls thought I was teasing them at how close they were to catching him. Rebe was giving me the look that said I might be sleeping on the sofa if I offered any more coaching about her Range of Motion (ROM)on the squats. I'll let Jack correct Rebe and Val in the future.

Great Class. Everyone had great mechanics, consistency and INTENSITY!
