WOD

3 rounds for time:

- 400m run

- 20 knee hugs

- 20 lunges

- push-ups

Again the warm up involved static holds, I think they're getting easier. We also did some push-up into plank holds. I know, I know… how come we get to have this much fun, right?

The weather cooperated and with a nice breeze and some clouds, we were able to enjoy a nice run. The workout itself wasn't too bad, but after a rough week it wasn't exactly easy either. Dylan and Cindy were neck and neck, literally finishing within a fraction of a second apart. Camillo seems to have found his stride, he's doing better and better all the time. His physical and mental fortitude is making leaps and bounds. Mark's abs were shot, he sub'ed supermans for the ab work, after the planks it was probably the right call. Tyler and Susan, these two were also neck and neck. You could see that they were going at a good clip and the final result was in doubt until the last set of lunges.

The we pondered the mysteries of the handstand for a bit and Tyler, with a little coaching from Dylan and your humble narrator, managed to get her hand stand against a wall kick-up routine down cold. It was a beautiful thing I tell you, especially after she got back up and her face was stop-sign red.

Remember people, the only easy workout is yesterday's workout!
