Standard Warm up. Except Mark. He went the extra mile well at least the extra quarter mile. Plus he's added burpee's to his warm up.

Clean progression. We added the movement from above the knee. We are getting there with the clean. By next week we may actually start doing some cleans with some weight.

We started in two waves to try and cut down on people waiting for a pullup bar. There was still some minor weighting but not nearly bad as it could have been.

Dylan thought he was done after the first 3 sets because of how it was written on the board. Oops. He started out his 4th set doing double time to make up for the time he waited.Tyler was a trooper. After a rest day I didn't hear her threaten to quit one time. For once I didn't get into Rebe's way and she didn't have to yell at me. Instead I back into Jess's way. She was much nicer about it than Rebe but I'm sure she was just an annoyed. My Bad. Camilo, Jordan and Cindy all of them had great looking lunges.

It was a tough WOD and everyone hit it hard. I think this is first time we have attempted full met-con pull ups. It was a thing of beauty to behold and I'm sure ugly as hell to endure.

    That had to be the toughest WOD for me to-date. I’ve got to really work on the pull-ups as, at this point, they are more difficult than doing burpees. And I hate being last!

    I kind of hosed you on that WOD. I probably should have put you on the rings. But the good news that kind of WOD will have you cranking out the pullups in no time.
