Fight those knees out little buddy
A Good set up: Elbows up, weight off the hands and on the shoulders, head in a neutral position. The weight is just a little bit on her toes.
Weight is still on the toes and she is starting to fall forward because of it. Pretty common with front squats.
Nice High elbows. Good strong core. You can't see her heels but that is where the weight is centered. I can tell b/c she is pushing her hips back not bringing her chest forward.
Around Set 3 Mark said, "Hey if I get my elbows up and let the weight rest on my shoulders it's a lot easier." Yep. I might have mentioned that earlier.
Mark looking good. In another month he's going to have awesome depth.
Camilo tried to hang out at the bottom a couple of times. What up with that? After Jack's punishment to everyone's shoulders yesterday I thought the front rack position would be a good way to stretch them out. It looks like Camilo needed that stretch.
I'm taking that big breath I keep telling you about.

Boy I am the poster child of what NOT to do!! It must have been the head injury. Thanks Jake for all your compassion (he said, “I told you NOT to face the garage door!”) Just had the neck adjusted, I will be back tonight to fix that form.
