It was hot. So we closed the doors and threw some weight around. Mostly over head. Some of use even managed to get above the head.

Elbows higher. Closer to your face. Put your head through the window. Lather rinse repeat. If I could have taught a monkey to say those three things I could have gone home for the night. (No offense to you guys turns out my job just isn't that hard.)

I way misjudged the womens weight at the start. Sorry about that. Everyone stepped up the the weight. Said whoa that's heavy and promptly lifted it up. That's what I like to see. Everyone looked better at the end then they did at the beginning. And I swear everytime we do the jerk someone asks, "Have we done this before?" like they have never seen it before. Blah!

Dylan showed me he learned how to doing a kipping pullup from youtube. Heartbreaking. I should outsource all my coaching there. But it was really cool to see him kip. Soon the rest of you will be busting them out too!
