It felt like mass confusion at the start. Well it couldn't have been that mass there were only 4 peoples. So it was just me that was confused.
Dylan said the second round of Thurster were easier. I found this to be true as well. I wonder why. I'm going to ask some friends. Tyler didn't like the run at all but she did like the thrusters. You would think she would like wall balls more if she likes thrusters but no. Brian was gutting out the thrusters and thought he had the pullups nailed at the end then I told him to do 15 more. He didn't look tickled about it but he got right back to work.
Mark has had some lingering shoulder impingement so I thought a kettle bell workout would do him good. I have heard miraculous stories about kettle bells making people's shoulders as good as new. We'll see in the coming weeks if it holds true for Mark. No one is more curiouser than I.
