Threw in some jump rope with the warm-up. By golly we are going to have some people doing double unders, as soon as they get their singles down. Everybody needed to hold the bar closer to the body on the drive. I see a lot of deadlifts to set up the clean in the future. Everybody's intensity looked great.
Mechanics help you move with the greatest efficacy. Consistency makes sure that your mechanics stay where they need to be. But Intensity is the magic. Intensity is what creates all the beautiful changes that we want to see in our lives.
