Before class Alex Nailed his first kipping pull-up. Next thing you know he is going to be doing muscle-ups.
During the WOD Dylan really hit the groove in the second round on squat cleans. His second pull looked fantastic. Text book even. He could get his butt back a little bit on the squat so he engage his hamstrings more. Mark and Aaron were duking it out. Aaron didn’t just drop the bar after a rep. He pushed it off him like it was a fat girl at prom. He was even making ugly faces at the bar. Cindy’s second pull was looking much better and with Tyler we just wanted to make sure she had the weight distributed evenly. And she did. Alex was on fire all day after his pull-up and it was hard to get him to calm down during the warm-up or the WOD.
We practiced jumping rope pretty much everyone’s goat but Dylan. Everybody did 20 singles with out a miss so we then progressed to doubles. And everyone got at least one double. I wasn’t surprised but I was impressed.
