1LT Tyler E. Parten, 24, of Arkansas, died Sept. 10 in Konar province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado

The Muscle Ups were scaled to 12 Pull-ups & 12 Push-ups.

We opened up with some Hang Snatch work. Hopefully that will condition us to wait for the bar until it hits our pockets before we explode with it. 

I don't think anyone is a fan of the SDHP. It took me 2 years to get comfortable with them. Hopefully you have a better coach than I did (even though he's basically the same guy.)

We cashed out with an attempt at the support position on the rings. Jess hit it pretty hard. Very nice.

Dylan worked a scaled Iron Cross and pulled it off very nicely.
