Virtuosity 

In music Virtuosity is defined as total mastery of one's instrument.

Virtuosity is defined in gymnastics as “performing the common uncommonly well.” Virtuosity is elusive, supremely elusive. It is, however, readily recognized by audience as well as coach and athlete. But more importantly, it is always the mark of true mastery (and of genius and beauty). G Glassman

One perfect rep or even 10 perfect reps do not virtuosity make. It takes between 3,000 and 15,000 repetitions to create virtuosity. Not crappy reps. Perfect reps.You have over 500 opportunities a month to create Virtuosity with your warm-up. Our warm-up has very little variation day to day by design. But it can progress. Squats once mastered should become Pistols. Push-ups should become ring dips which become Handstand Push-ups. Sit-ups become knees to elbows. Competence-perfection-mastery-virtuosity then progression.
