5 rounds for time of:

1000 m Row (Switch Partners Every 250M)

Air Squat (Max Reps During Partners Row)

12 Handstand Push-ups (Both Partners do 12 Reps Must finish before beginning row)

Post total time and Total Reps for Squats

    I ran the San Francisco marathon (3:51) in 2006 and can recommend it to anyone thinking about running this race. The marathon has breath taking views in the first half, great spectators and awesome organization. I personally prefer smaller races, but San Francisco takes the crown for prettiest marathon … well, and Big Sur, of cause.
