Complete AMRAP in 20 Minutes of:

Max Effort Pull-ups
Max Effort Push-ups
Max Effort ABMAT Sit-ups
Rest 1 minute.

Complete as many pull-ups as you can without coming down from the bar. Then, complete as many push-ups as you can without going into the downward dog or to your knees. Then, complete as many ABMAT sit-ups as you can without breaking tempo. The, rest 1 minute and begin the series again. Continue for 20 minutes.

Post total number of rounds completed and number of TOTAL REPS from each round. You do not need to log your reps from each exercise. Maintain a continuous count for each round.
