The WOD (Work Out of the Day)

This is the real deal.  It’s the toughest workout you will do in your life.  They’re fast and hard.  It feels like a game because well, we keep score. You will never lose interest because it is a learning & development curve with no end.

New to CrossFit? Basics is appropriate for all skill levels to develop fundamental CrossFit movements and fitness in 5 group sessions. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group WODs. We are going to be developing proper movement— both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.

We will introduce you to proper movement and mechanics first, then intensity. It’s important that you are here for each of the 5 sessions as these movements build on one another (although we will be covering each movement multiple times). The training in every session will progressively become more challenging as the course progresses.

The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands…the degree that you push yourself will determine how much “intensity” you generate. The class is called “Basics” for a specific reason…we want you to build a foundation before you ramp up to the level of intensity and output that is found in our group classes.

At the end of your first 30 days you will have the opportunity to repeat your workout from day 1 so that you can see your changes in fitness.

Customized Strength Program

The strength program is for people who need to get stronger (in 8 years exactly one person has walked through the door that was strong “enough”.) The fastest way to see results is to get stronger. This is an individualized 6 week program designed specifically for you.  Because of the individual nature and equipment required, we only accept 3 athletes per month.

Clinics & Specialty Classes

Non-Tribal CrossFit members can purchase a Clinic punch card for $60. This allows you to attend any 4 specialty classes.

Open Gym

Available to approved members to come in and work on their choice of movements.  Requires competency test.
