- The ‘WOD’
This is the Main Event. The one everyone wants to show up for. The Work Out of the Day. A group of 5-15 people all compete in a work out that can include Running, jumping, throwing & lifting. You have never done a work out like this before, well unless you’ve done CrossFit.
The best introduction to CrossFit. Three times a week over 4 weeks you will meet as a group with a coach and learn, practice and apply the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
- Private Training
Perfect for the person with a demanding schedule or specific goals. Training can be done at Tribal CrosFit or your location.
- Small Group/Semi-Private
Designed for 3 people. Small enough to feel private and enough of your friends to give you support.
- Boxing/Grappling
This is not ‘Cardio’ boxing. This is boxing as a skill. Sparring is optional and you will never be pressured to spar, but eventually you are going to want to try those hands out.
