No one wants to pose for the “Before” Picture.

But we all want that “After” body look.


And besides How exactly do you create that “After” body look? There is a lot of conflicting advice out there.


But never fear I have a sure fire recipe. It’s so simple yet it’s almost never tried.


HARD WORK!


Perhaps you’ve tried the above prescribed Hard Work with lack luster results. Hey, it happens. That is where Tribal CrossFit springs into action. By joining the Tribe Your Hard Work paired up with our teaching you WHAT to do, HOW to do it & hanging out with a TRIBE of other people who are Working Hard to achieve that same “After” body look will get you to your, new pair of jeans, looking good at the reunion, playing with your kids with out getting winded, playing new sports with relative ease.


You are not just learning CrossFit (the program that created the buff guys in the movie “300” and is the training program for the Navy Seals) you are learning how to use your body. Your knee’s ache, have a sore lower back, your shoulder hurts, or it hurts every time you do this (insert your ‘this’ movement here.) Nine times out of 10 it is improper movement that creates those un-natural aches.


In just 3 one hour sessions per week for 4 consecutive weeks you will be a slimmer, trimmer, stronger & faster CrossFit On-Ramp Graduate. At the end of those four weeks you will be able to Squat, Deadlift, Press and Swing a kettle bell properly, which over time will alleviate the aforementioned achy knees, lower back, shoulder and every time hurt. It will be replaced by a whole new world of hurt but it will be the good kind.


Each class builds on the last class taking you from the very basic fundamentals to Olympic weightlifting and Strength gymnastics movements.


The On Ramp Classes are limited in size so that the coaches can focus on you and the class is filled with people who are learning CrossFit for the first time (no extra’s from 300 or actual Navy Seals will be in the class). All of the Workouts will be adjusted to your ability. It will allow you to get used to the gym, the movements, get back into the routine and all with just a 4 week commitment to hard work.
