Looking for an easy and convenient way to view Tribal’s daily WODs and log your workouts? myWOD enables users to track their records and share their accomplishments via Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr. Log your Max Weight achievements, pull Tribal’s daily WODs or create your own custom WODs.
myWOD is available for iOS and Android devices:
Once you have the app installed, follow these steps to add the Tribal Crossfit WOD feed to the app (located at http://feeds.feedburner.com/tribalwods).
Launch the app. Tap on the menu icon, then tap on “Common”
Tap on the Add icon and then tap on “New Feed”
Add a name for the feed (i.e. Tribal CrossFit) then enter the Feed URL http://www.tribal-fitness.com/category/wod/feed.
Some users have experienced an error message at this step. If you receive an error message, try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
The feed should now display in your feed list
Tap the feed name to view the daily WODs
Tap a day to view the WOD. Tap “Add to Completed WODs” to log the WOD and additional information
