30 minute EMOM (all 3 movements each minute)
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
**If you’ve finished all 30 minutes before, you can try 6, 11, and 16.  If you don’t make all 30 minutes, try to jump back in after a short rest.  Record total reps completed.
