Weighted strict pull ups
Warm up – 2×5 strict pull ups – full range of motion
Working sets – 5 sets of 5. Add weight if reps are still good. 3:00 min rest between sets.
WOD (10:00):
30 cleans (115/75)
30 jerks (115/75)
*** start with cleans but do 5 burpees at the top of each minute
