Notes – both partners walk together. At the end of the WOD do 4 burpees for each time you set weights down.  Alternate so that each person does 2 farmer walks and 2 waiter carries.  Use 2 KB for walks and a plate for carries.  For sit ups, sit with 8 feet between you.
