Strength: Clean progression then… Power clean 5×3 (more than 65% of 1 RM)  WOD: Partner WOD… 4X 200m farmer walk (53/35)/waiter carry (45/25) 20 Wall ball sit up passes (20/14)  (10 passes per person) Notes – both partners walk together. At the end of the WOD do 4 burpees for each time you set weights
